Neil's approach to helping his clients set, work toward and achieve their goals, is based on a simple, three-step program.

Step One: Have a vision of what it is you want to achieve. These goals can be as simple as exceeding a sales goal for the quarter to something as complex as winning the Sales Person of the Year award. Or, they can be something much more personal, such as creating a better work life balance so that you can make early baseball games and school plays. The goals are individual, the important step in the process is visualizing where it is you want to be or what it is you want to accomplish. The next step is writing that down.

Step Two: Write your goals down. A written goal is a contract with yourself that you will work toward achieving. Not writing down a goal is just a dream. When you take pen to paper, you are setting the stage for a commitment to succeed. The National Football League's all-time leading rusher, Emmitt Smith, says he learned a lot from his high school football coach and the most important thing was that, "It's a dream unless it's written, then it's a goal!"

Step Three: See your goals every day. As simple as it sounds, place your goals somewhere you will see them every day to give you that reminder of your commitment and help keep you focused on the end result. Reviewing the goal daily is a constant reminder for your intentions and allows you to focus on what's important to you.

These steps are the bedrock of Neil's programs and are important to helping you achieve your goals.
